All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is required before service delivery unless a payment plan is agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods mentioned on our website.

For on-site support in Pakistan, travel and material costs may be charged separately.

Due to the nature of IT services, all work once started is non-refundable. If service has not started, you may cancel and request a refund within 24 hours of payment.

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll resolve it or re-do the work at no extra cost.

We treat all client data and systems as confidential. We will not share, sell, or misuse your data. However, you are responsible for backing up your data before any service. RemoteTechFixer is not liable for data loss caused by existing system issues.

RemoteTechFixer provides services on an “as-is” basis. We will perform services with professional care, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
